Tiles appear to be first objects place in tomb above body due to location along the body. One tile (removed not in photos) was placed flat on head with another (in photos) on face, suggesting purposeful placement as opposed to tossed in as random fill. The weight of tiles on the head appear to have forced the cranium into an awkward position.
