Fill of a grave. Tiles are tegulae forming a cappuccina-style tomb covering. Nails may indicate presence of wooden covering in the past. Smallest nail possibly a hobnail from a sandal; also located on west end, near where we believe the feet are located and part of what may be the skull visible from under easternmost tiles.
