This is a layer of post-abandonment accumulation that covers all of the built features in the immediate vicinity including the wall to the south (SU 2048), the remains of the glareate road to the east (SU 2081). In the western and northern parts of this layer, it directly covers the bedrock, in which circular cuts are beginning to emerge. During post-excavation study, this feature was reinterpreted as accumulation marking the abandonment of the area.
