The layer appears to be either a later dump or the fill of a poorly defined cut that was deposited within the larger colluvial fill deposit SU 2385. Based on a cursory look at the material, this layer was deposited later than SU 2385 and contained larger fragments of vessels/largely intact vessels. It is possible that this was a refuse deposit. A single large vessel of unknown type at this time (14/07/2015) was exposed at the bottom of this layer, set into the floor surface.

The SU is a layer of accumulation that is possibly part of colluvial activity associated with other similar activities in the area.
