Cut of E. niche of semi-camera tomb containing the skeleton of one adult female. The skeleton was deposited against the E. cut wall, and was not disturbed after deposition. The presence of iron nails (special find 468), as well as the fact that the body decomposed in empty space point to the existence of an organic (probably wood) cover of that skeleton that has decomposed since deposition. A large bedrock slab subsided from the cut's ceiling, but because this occurred after backfilling, and because the body was against the E. wall no damage was done to the skeleton.
