5106 is the corner blocks joining walls 5008 and 5009. The ashlar block building technique differs from the polygonal masonry used in the construction of walls 5008 and 5009. This may have been done to strengthen the corner. It appears that upper courses of the corner may have been robbed in relation to the 5030 cut event, as indicated by 3 blocks that sit on the wall. Four courses are visible on the E facing side and two are visible on the N side. As the bedrock levels differ outside the enclosure to the E and W of the corner, it is possible that an oblique cut was made into the bedrock, on top of which the building was built, resulting in the differing number of courses.
