Human skeleton (remains of a neonatus). During the excavation only fragments of the skull were visible. When we excavated those, all longbones appeared beneath the skull, as if the child was buried in a crouching position. All the soil around the skeleton was sieved, but the jaw could not be found, only one little fragment. In addition we did not find any teeth and only a few finger or toe bones were remarkably well preserved.
