2018-07-15 Parrish Wright

This surface seems to be associated and in phase with the three other patches of the same surface found in the central and southern part of Room 5 (7233, 7231, 7232). The (possibly concave) surface probably extended throughout at least the southern half of the room. Based on the physical relationships of these layers with both the drain (7201) and the dolium (7202) within the room, this surface was most likely in contemporaneous usage with those features.

2017-07-24 Parrish Wright

Fragment of a concrete floor which seems to be associated with the dolium 7202, either cut into for the construction of the dolium or constructed around it. Not excavated 2017 season.
