This concrete layer appears to be a conglomeration of different materials, including tile and small sections of mosaic (located in the southwest corner). Although it is difficult to determine its original function, it does seem to factor into the later restructuring of this room as it covers 7318 which appears to have purposefully truncated. In addition, concrete/tile layers have been seen in other areas of Area H and could indicate some of the latest phases of construction.
