This wall appears to belong to an intermediate phase of Room H15, but it is unclear with which features precisely it should be grouped. It shares similarities with the later repurposed ashlar wall to the east (concrete plug 7291 is bound to both), but in section on the south side it is clear that it is built directly on top of an early red tufo floor surface (unlike the repurposed ashlar walls to the east, which sit irregularly on a lower course of ashlar blocks or tufo slab floors), and thus it may belong to the main mid-Republican ashlar phase, perhaps associated with wall 7413 immediately to the west.
