Heavily disturbed cocciopesto floor cut by plow marks and several later cuts. In the latest phase this clearly served as the floor in Room I-2, in conjunction with the surface SU 8024 to the west. Earlier floors are suggested both by the elevation (much higher than surrounding rooms) as well as the fact that SU 8023 seems to abut a layer of plaster on the southern wall (SU 8031). Regardless, at a later date this floor was associated also with Room I-1, as stairs descend to this room from the east side of I-2, from the level of this floor SU 8023.
