The SU is a layer of collapse, partially covering a wall that was north-south towards the pavement. During post-excavation study, this feature was reinterpreted as a collapse bounded by walls in the northeastern portion of the hortus (garden) space. Its alignment with SU 2054 suggests it postdates the expansion of the open space southward into the courtyard.
