This broad and slightly curving cut represents most likely a reorganization of the use of this space, and an end to whatever activities were associated with the original set of linear cuts.
SU393 is a cut in the bedrock in the NW part of Area A. It's an anthropic cut because of the visible traces of ancient pickaxing. The use is not clear. The cut continues to the SE, but it is far less clear, and difficult to define. Its function remains uncertain.
