Pier 5452 sits in between pier 5453 and threshold 5451 (east-west respectively) in the south east corner of Room 15. It sits on concrete and basalt 5432 in the south also rubble feature 5530 which in turn is on top of SU 5460. This "stacking" suggests it is not in its original position and was either moved there from the piers in the south lining the road, the threshold to the tufo ramp, or even fell from in between pier 5453 and was incorporated into a new limit of space.
