SU 5518 is the northern wall of a drainage channel associated also with similar walls 5519 & 5526. The channel thus created runs through 5417 and under 5387, and must have been built after the former and before the latter. The circular cut SU 5524 lies just north of this and may be a related water feature (it remains not fully excavated).
