We excavated this SU with slight uncertainty of its N and W limits. The fill was a soprintendenza backfill after previous excavation and revealed holes leading to the drainage channel on the N part. Root damage had caused a lot of damage as well so the depth of various parts of the SU varied inconsistently. Since we found possible reliable and unexcavated stratigraphic layers below it is possibly conceivable that the soprintendenza didn't excavate below this fill.
