Further study of the phasing of the site indicates that this skeleton was buried during the collapse and abandonment of the Republican house. The intentionality and purpose of the burial is still unclear.
Partially articulated dog skeleton. Based on its articulation and position next to the foundation of Area A's structure, the dog was probably ritually buried during construction
