This layer represents another in the sequence of gravel road surfaces in the roadway delimited by walls 6033 and 6056/6070 that regraded the road and connected the main trunk road/Via Gabina to the previous basalt-paved side street to the north. It covered a still more compact, proper glareate road surface (6082).
