This seems to be a possible Republican phase well, similar to others seen in areas B, and H, probably to draw water for this commercial complex or earlier structure. It appears to be in phase with a line of N-S tufo blocks east of it, which could possibly be a drain cover. The alignment of this well is also in line with that of threshold 8097. Further investigation will be conducted in 2017
