Structure Description
Composed of irregular tufo blocks one large square block remains in addition to evidence that other large blocks existed to the west the eastern side of the wall is composed of smaller more irregularly shaped pieces. Some are very degraded. The wall is truncated at the western limit to the east it is continued by wall foundation 2309 the stratigraphical relationship of the two (2261 + 2309) is undetermined.

Interpretations

Interpretations
Unknown Date Unknown Author

Wall foundation is tufo, highly degraded in places - perhaps by plowing western limit is not original, eastern limit is defined by change in construction to basalt (given 2309 from this point) suggesting separate times of construction.
