Probably formed the southern limit of a now robbed North-South wall. Formed corner, abutted by floor on the Eastside and southern limit is equal to the floors. Difference in construction material to basalt wall 2260 suggests they are of different phases but the fact that they are both abutted by floor 2272 suggests they may be contemporaneous. Roughly same alignment as wall 2179 to the North, which forms the boundary between rooms C2 and C3, and as the robbing activity that removed the eastern wall of room C5, which suggests that this wall belongs to the same construction phase.
