Given that it neatly abuts 2274 and 2275, this floor surface can be presumed to postdate both. Its level, location and construction seems to indicate a onetime contiguity with 2273. The differing cut-types and levels of preservation, however, make this assignment slightly tenuous. The processes that damaged or removed the floor surfaces are unclear pending further excavation, as are those which cut through the floor altogether.
