During post-excavation study, this feature was reinterpreted as a likely wall foundation delimiting the southern extent of Space 1A-7 (the courtyard).

The SU is a stone alignment running east-west along cut 2482. This linear deposit is a continuation of SU 2437. It is possible that whatever feature was spoliated by the cutting of 2482 was connected to this linear stone deposit.
