A layer of burnt material including very ashy deposits, spread over the entirety of room 1. Possibly related to activity from the fire pit 3177, but may also constitute part of a widespread destruction of room 1 and 3077. Layer was not consistent throughout towards wall 3014; S of wall 3014 was very black charcoal/ashy soil and surrounding the fire pit 3077 were frequent red burnt patches.
