Linear spread of roughly worked tufo and basalt paving stones with flat tops N of road retaining wall 4011 and slightly E of line of retaining wall for road/2nd century BC house in Area C (2290, 2291, 2292). Runs N-S, with two stones running E-W at S end; N end Seems to have been cut by an unknown action. Perpendicular to two walls of area C house bounding a section of preserved cocciopesto. Stones are the remains for the curb/doorway to the Area C house from the N-S running road in Area E.
