The floor surface is obscured on the north and south by the dirt pedestals that lie under SU's 6094 and 6143 to the north and south, respectively. Also, SU 6164 to the west of this surface seems to be a soil dump with small and medium inclusions of stone and mortar, suggesting that this surface may have been cut at some later time (at the point where it meets SU 6164). 6161 seems to be from the earlier phases of construction here because SUs 6094 and 6143 to the north and south sit on dirt pedestals that are on top of 6161. The surface seems to be on the same level as SU 6167 and SU 6217, which is a small tufo fragment that juts out to the west of SU 6216, a small tile drain. So, it is possible that 6161, 6217, and 6167 were all part of the same surface which covered 6216.
