Inclusion Observations
A large basalt stone was present in the center of the circular cut, otherwise consistently frequent ceramics throughout.
Thickness Observations
Excavation halted in 2017 season until dolium is better exposed. Layer filled the negative feature surrounded by stones 7181 and floor 7150 as well as the dolium 7202.

This soil layer appears to have accumulated in both dolium 7202 and the negative feature 7155 after the dolium fell out of use. When the floor surface 7150 was built it appears access to the dolium was required and basalt stones 7181 were placed around the edges of the fill 7180 in order to mark the boundaries of the dolium rim. No changes in the soil or materials from the layer within or on top of the dolium.
