7379 appears likely to to be a modern cut produced during soprintendenza excavation. the irregular nature of the cut's depth and the tendency of the cut to follow the course of ancient walls suggests the possibility of preliminary exploration by modern archaeologists. similarly, the apparent smooth cuts (perhaps with single strokes) and removal of stone from features 7367 and 7392 also suggests the use of modern equipment (perhaps a backhoe).
