Appears to have been the bottom of an earlier ashlar wall which was cut in to by SU 8061 (robbery cut/storage vessel cut) and perhaps predated the later industrial reorganization of the building. It appears to have been demolished - flattened, to provide a level connection between rooms I-8 and I-9. The brick pillar 8084 was then built on top of this wall and the floors (8083 and 8068) associated with it, perhaps to support a roof that no longer was supported by wall 8093.
