This wall seems to form a part of the Southern boundary of the atrium and the Northern boundary of one of the rooms coming off the Southern side of the atrium. To the east, the gap between the main wall and the Eastern cut rock seems to be a threshold between the room and atrium (like the one in 2274 to the West of 2276). To the east, of the SU, it seems like the wall may have originally continued, but was truncated by some later activity.
