Originally identified as a potential construction trench for wall 5010. However, during excavation, the sides and bottom of the theoretical cut seemed clear in certain parts and unclear in others. Overall, the nature of the feature was not consistent enough to reliably suggest that 5118 was a construction fill. Accordingly, no construction cut will be documented. Excavation of 5118 halted when we exposed the bottom course of wall 5010.
