This is an ashlar block reused in the construction of a pier that would have likely supported a column or some other structure for holding up a roof over what may be a portico area in G-1. SUs 6123, 6124, and 6125 are cemented together to form the pier in a late stage of construction for G-1. There are similar pier features to the east and west, indicating a possible portico. The presence of mortar as well as tiles used under the ashlar blocks (SU 6125 and 6123) suggest that these blocks were reused, and this pier would belong to a late phase of building (possibly imperial).
