SU 6125, along with SU 6124 and SU 6123, forms a pier of some sort, probably intended to hold a column that would support a roof, which would then cover room G-1 central. Other piers run to the east and west of this pier, which supports the theory of a roof. There are similar pier features to the east and west, indicating a possible portico. The presence of mortar as well as tiles used under the ashlar blocks (SU 6125 and 6123) suggest that these blocks were reused, and this pier would belong to a late phase of building (possibly imperial).
