Most likely a floor from an early phase that could have served as an intermediary surface between two sets of possible steps leading from Room 9 through Room 4 into Room 2. It's possible that the wall down the hall was a plug and therefore this SU could be a hallway floor from a phase before reoccupation of building as a industrial building, when it was reused. Further excavation of the area in 2017 may allow for more interpretation.
