This layer is a continuation of SU 8309 from the previous season. It appears to be an accumulation of materials spoliated from other rooms in the Area I building during the post abandonment period. Due to changes in priorities for documentation during the 2019 season, this layer was not fully excavated. A new SU should be opened during the 2020 season and set as equivalent to SUs 8418 and 8309.
